E-INVITATION & WEDDING INVITATIONS
TIMELINE
1. Do note that BYINVITATIONONLYSG LEADTIME will take 3 weeks - 4 weeks or earlier upon purchasing from our website.
2. RUSH ORDERS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
3. BYINVITATIONONLYSG reserves the right to reject an order/project, give a full refund if it is a rush order.
4. BYINVITATIONONLYSG only delivers the wedding invitations 1 month before RSVP date or wedding date. If customer does not notify us on any date that they request to deliver on, we will deliver on the above stated date.
5. BYINVITATIONONLYSG will not be held responsible if client delays their reviews of the drafts sent.
6. Additional charges apply if client requests for a customised design instead of the template bought from our website.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
1. Payments are non-refundable.
2. Upon confirmation, no changes can be made to the selected stationery design chosen. Last minute changes will incur a fee of $60.00
3. Due to the nation of the wedding invitation process, BYINVITATIONONLYSG cannot refund any payment for design & printing when the printing process has commenced.
4. BYINVITATIONONLYSG is not liable for any reprints or refunds if client has approved final draft to be sent for printing.
5. BYINVITATIONONLYSG is not liable for any typo or grammatical mistakes once client has approved of artwork for printing.
DESIGN & DRAFTING
1. BYINVITATIONONLYSG only gives a maximum of 5 edits. From Top to Bottom, etc “ To the wedding of” to “Point of Contact”.
3. Any subsequent changes after 5 edits will result in charges that starts from $2.00
4. However, if client wishes to have unlimited amount of charges, client can opt for unlimited edits at $60.00
WEDDING DOOR GIFTS

5. BYINVITATIONONLYSG will not be held responsible if client delays their reviews of the sticker/name label drafts sent.
6. Additional charges apply if client requests for a customised design instead of the template bought from our website.
