Upon purchase
A Confirmation email will be sent to the email used for the website purchase.
This email will be sent within 3 working days.
The confirmation email will consist of an information table for you to fill in all wedding invitation details.
 
Drafting & Reviewing
Once the information table is finalised and sent back to us, a draft will be created from 1-5 days. If you have booked for a wedding in 5-8 months, a draft will be sent to you at least 3 months before the wedding date. Please inform us if you wish to have the cards earlier.
5 drafts will be given for free. Any additional changes after the first 5 will incur a design fee. This is if the clients would like to change any information, not based on the graphic designer's typo, if any.
All drafts will be sent to the client via WhatsApp/Email.
We will only proceed for printing once the client has given us the green light to do so.
 
Printing
Printing will take from 8-9 days after we have received the confirmation from client. Any rush printing will incur charges.
While physical cards are being printed, E-Invitations will be sent out via Email/Whatsapp.
 
Delivery
Deliveries take 1-3 working days.
We use QExpress for our deliveries. You will receive a text message from QExpress with your tracking number to track your parcel.
We recommend self-collection if the cards are ready for collection during the public holidays.
 
Do take note on the following: 
1. Our lead time is 3 weeks to 1 month. This is from the start, drafting, editing, printing and delivery.
2. Please ensure that you have a lead time of 1 month from the date you would want to receive your cards.
3. Additional charges will incur if there are any rush services (etc - designing, printing, any services at all required) needed.
4. Additional charges will be on case by case basis in terms of the rush services.
